Primordial Sound Meditation

Deepen your meditation practice by taking part in this EXCLUSIVE program only offered by Chopra Certified Mediation Coaches. Discover your personal primordial sound mantra. Based on your date of birth, the time and place your were born-each person will recieve their personal sound mantra. This workshop is truly a unique experience for all students.

This enrichment workshop is perfect for any level-those new to meditation, or those wanting to jumpstart a daily practice and take it to another level.

Ayurveda Wellness Coaching

Ayurveda is experiential, which means that the choices we make about our experiences change our bodies—including our choices about food, personal relationships, sensory experiences, sleep, work, social interactions, and daily routine. Join Dennyse and learn the answers using this ancient wisdom that has been practiced for over 5000 years.

I use compassion and curiosity to guide you through an experience of self-inquiry to help you align with your purpose, set intentions, overcome limiting beliefs and explore shadow emotions. I will be there every step of the way to keep you moving in the right direction.

 

Meditation Challenges

Monthly Meditation Challenge

Join me every month for uBlossom’s Monthly Meditation Challenge. Registration is $40 per month. This is a gentle guided self-inquiry, intention setting and then a short silent meditation. Meet us online daily from 6:15 AM – 6:45 AM, Monday through Friday. Additional afternoon and evening classes are available to fit busy schedules.
