Send this to a loved one who wants to start or deepen their meditation practice. This allows your gift recipient to access ONE of our Monthly Meditation Challenges. This includes daily meditations place online every day 6:15 AM – 6:45 AM from Monday through Friday throughout December. This also includes additional classes on Monday evenings (7:15 PM – 7:45 PM) and Wednesday afternoons (12:15 PM – 12:45 PM) to fit your busy schedules. Once registered, your gift recipient will receive:

• Email notification of this gift with details about the Meditation Challenge.
• A link to register for the upcoming Meditation Challenges that we have for the 2023 year.
