Hello, my name is Lena Watt of Inner Compass Yoga. Yoga isn’t something I do, it’s a way of being, not something to try to attain, reach for or seek outside of ourselves, the path begins inwardly with the self. I have been practising yoga for 20 years now and teaching it for over 7.
I strongly believe in the teachings and wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda, which has been a large part of my healing journey. On a very simple and basic level, we are nature, we are not separate, we are all interconnected. I have a deep love and passion for the body and mind and helping people realize their own potential and capacity to heal themselves. Through meditation, mindfulness, Ayurveda, energy, pranayama and yoga therapy practices and tools, I hope to help empower individuals to connect with their hearts and deepen their self-love and acceptance to recognize their own innate wisdom and ability to heal themselves.
