Learn the art of Ayurveda and how it complements our everyday diets with this 5-week program.
This is a deep dive into Ayurveda, habit evolution, rhythmic eating and living, intermittent fasting, cleansing and detoxing. We will meet twice a week on Monday’s for 90 min and Thursday’s for 60 min. Monday’s sessions will consist of grounding, power point, journaling, group discussion and questions. Thursday’s sessions will consist of movement, meditation and practical application of the teaching from Monday, along with 1 Ayurvedic cooking class.
